Our products by nature do not contain any allergens/gluten.

 

No further cross-contamination is possible in our facilities and warehouses since there is no handling, storage and processing activities of allergen products in our facility.

 

Our BRC Grade A accreditation prompts us to implement the allergen procedures strictly, based on our allergen policy. 

 

However allergen/gluten contamination might occur at farm level during harvesting, threshing, drying, as well as due to crop rotation, cross-contamination from neighboring fields and foreign weeds.

 

As a consequence of the above-mentioned risks, allergen/gluten guarantee requires a special process starting from the field level.

 

In order to give this guarantee suitable fields are selected from our Green Paradise and Ecotarla projects. Followed by careful harvesting and handling, raw material is cleaned with advanced techniques including color sortex.
