At Birlik quality assurance and control is in the center of the production. We are continuously improving our organization by enhancing the education level of our staff, reviewing our existing procedures to make them better based on global food legislations. 

 
 

Microbiological Tests:
 
Total Plate Count, Coliform, E.Coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Yeast and Mould, Salmonella, Bacillus cereus, Clostridium perfringens.
